Quick Start
- Select your name on the login screen to enter the app.
- Open Availability to check the next booking poll and WhatsApp reminder.
- Use Bookings to view upcoming bookings, archive, edit, cancel, or delete bookings.
- Use New Booking to add a court manually or from a screenshot.
- Use Results to record singles or doubles winners after each match.
- Use Stats to check monthly and all-time player availability and booking contribution.
How to vote
- If there are multiple sessions, vote separately for each court/time slot you can attend.
- Select your name from the session poll dropdown.
- Choose Yes or No.
- Tap Submit Vote.
You can change your vote later by selecting your name again and submitting a new response.
How to add a booking
- Go to New Booking.
- Select booking person, place, date, time, court, and status.
- Add optional notes and tap Save Booking.
Screenshot upload
Upload a booking screenshot from the Places Leisure app. The site will try to read the date, time, court, and place, then fill the form for you.
WhatsApp reminder
If there is a booking today, the reminder card will show a ready-made WhatsApp message and a Send to WhatsApp Group button after the reminder time.
FAQ
Why can't I see the latest booking?
Tap Refresh. If it still does not update, close and reopen the page.
Can anyone edit or delete a booking?
No. After selecting your name on the login screen, you can edit, cancel, or delete only bookings created under your own name.
Why can't I save the booking?
The site prevents duplicate active bookings for the same date, place, time, and court. Edit the existing booking or choose a different slot.
Where are old bookings?
Open Bookings and switch to Archive. Past, cancelled, and completed bookings are shown there.
Why is my screenshot not detected?
Use a clear screenshot where date, time, court, and venue are visible. If OCR fails, add the booking manually.
Can I vote again?
Yes. Select your name and submit again. Your latest vote will be used.
